How do I place an order on JAS TEXTILE?+
Browse our collections, select the product you like, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you can provide your shipping details. Our team will then contact you to confirm the order and share payment details. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp for any queries.
Can I order multiple items at once?+
Absolutely! Add as many items as you like to your cart and checkout together. This also helps you qualify for free shipping (orders above ₹2,000).
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?+
Yes, we accept bulk orders. We are an AEPC registered manufacturer exporter with a production capacity of 48,000 garments per year. Contact us via email at support@jastextile.in with your requirements for a custom quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners. We cover all major cities, tier 2/3 cities, and most PIN codes across the country.
How long does delivery take?+
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5-8 business days. Remote areas: 7-12 business days. We'll share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What are the shipping charges?+
Shipping charges depend on your location and order weight. Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping for smaller orders is ₹99. Exact charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Can I track my order?+
Yes! Once dispatched, we'll share a tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp or email. You can track your order in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy page for complete details.
How do I initiate a return?+
Contact us via WhatsApp (+91-93333 53666) or email (support@jastextile.in) within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. We'll arrange a reverse pickup.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?+
Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll process the exchange at no additional cost.
Sizing & Products
How do I find my right size?+
Each product page lists available sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Sarees and fabric by the meter are typically free size. If you're unsure, send us your measurements via WhatsApp and our team will recommend the best size.
Are product colours accurate in the photos?+
We photograph all products in natural lighting for the most accurate colour representation. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, monitor calibrations, and lighting conditions. This is especially true for handloom and naturally dyed products.
Are your products handmade?+
Many of our products — including tant sarees, khadi fabrics, and block-printed textiles — are handmade or handcrafted by artisans. This means each piece has subtle variations that make it unique.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfers, and digital wallets. Our team will share payment details after order confirmation. We are working on integrating online payment gateway for a seamless checkout experience.
Is it safe to order?+
Absolutely. We are a government-verified business with Udyog Aadhaar (WB07B0005202), PAN (CPUPS3976E), and IEC (0212001931). All our business credentials are transparent and verifiable.
